Items, passages and exercises are authored against written specifications and versioned banks, not assembled ad hoc.
Editorial Review
Every unit passes independent review by native speakers and subject reviewers before it reaches a learner.
Data & Instructional Design
Response data informs what gets built next, and what gets retired. Difficulty is observed, not asserted.
