Privacy Policy

Last updated 30 August 2026

This site has two audiences: visitors who contact us through the enquiry form, and LitLite staff who sign in to the internal workspace. This policy covers both.

1. Enquiries

When you use the contact form we collect the name, email address, optional organization and message you provide. We use them to reply to your enquiry and for nothing else. We do not use them for marketing and we do not sell or share them.

Enquiry records are kept for up to three years so we can pick up an earlier conversation, then deleted. You may ask us to delete yours sooner.

2. Staff accounts

Accounts are issued by an administrator; there is no public sign-up. For each member we hold an email address, a nickname, a legal name, a position and a time zone. Sign-in is by emailed link — we do not store passwords.

We do not hold bank details, tax identifiers or payment instruments. Payment itself takes place outside this system.

3. Work records

While a member is in an active review session, the system records the times at which activity was observed, in order to calculate worked and idle time. It records the fact and timing of activity, not its content: no keystrokes, no screen capture, no cursor path is stored.

We also keep the review judgements a member records, and an access log of who opened which reviewed material and when. The access log exists because that material is confidential assessment content.

Work and review records are retained for the life of the working relationship and for five years afterwards, which is the period during which pay and content-provenance questions can still arise.

4. Processing and storage

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers, Supabase and Vercel, and may be processed on servers outside the Republic of Korea. Access is limited to administrators and to the individual member concerned.

5. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or object to its processing. Write to gramscan24@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days. Where a record must be kept for the retention periods above, we will say so and explain why.

6. Cookies

We set one cookie, which keeps a signed-in member signed in. There is no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking on this site.

7. Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for changes that affect staff records, post a notice in the internal workspace.
